We want to give a special shoutout to some of our West Marion Middle School hoopers for representing our school during Homecoming.

Congratulations to Ella Albritton (green dress), who proudly served as the 8th Grade Maid, and Jarae Bridges (yellow dress), who served as the 8th Grade Maid of Honor!

We also want to recognize DJ Weary for serving as an es**rt for a Football Maid.

We are proud of each of you for representing West Marion with class, pride, and excellence! Student-athletes are more than athletes, they are leaders and representatives of our school.

We would like to thank everyone who donated to our coke fundraiser, thank you guys for your contributions. We greatly appreciate you. As we end one fundraiser, we are excited to announce that the West Marion Middle Basketball Teams are opening up opportunities for business sponsorships, family shoutouts, and community support!

🏀 $150 Sponsorship
Your business will be featured on a basketball displayed in our gym, giving your business visibility to everyone who comes through our doors and supports Trojan Basketball!

❤️ $50 Donation
You can also support our program with a $50 donation. This option does not include a basketball displayed in the gym, but your support is still greatly appreciated!

We are delighted to have former NFL player AJ Moore to deliver a motivational speech to our FCA group tomorrow. Witnessing an individual overcome adversity, particularly when they show gratitude for their success to the man above. AJ serves as an inspiring example for students. 7:25 AM - 7:35 AM tomorrow morning. FCA is a student led organization.

Middle School & High School Basketball

This meeting is mandatory for all coaches, boosters, and parents. One night of everyone getting the same information so no one is left out or confused.

It takes everyone working together and being on the same page to move a program. Our goals are bigger than wins and losses, it’s about providing the best possible experience, support, and opportunities for our student-athletes.

We all have a role to play.
Let’s take the first step and build together.

This Friday, August 7, from 7:25 a.m. to 7:35 a.m., we’re excited to welcome Mr. Kendale Charles Lumpkins as our guest speaker for FCA. We expect our students to leave encouraged, challenged, and fired up!

FCA is a student-led ministry, and we’re incredibly thankful for all of our amazing student leaders, especially Rebekah White and her leadership team, who makes it all tie together.

Good afternoon, parents!

All middle school basketball players need to make sure their DragonFly account is up to date as soon as possible, and no later than August 3. Let’s be proactive and get this taken care of now so no one risks missing out.

7th Grade: If you have not already created a DragonFly account for another sport this summer, please create one.

8th Grade: You only need to update your existing DragonFly account. Do NOT create a new account.

If your child has already completed DragonFly for another sport and selected basketball, then you’re all set.
