They love conditioning classes! Conditioning is tightly structured around what the dancers need at their various stages of training and it’s placed a half hour before one of their ballet classes. Gaining control, strength and more understanding of their bodies it’s an important cornerstone of healthy dance training for our Grade 3 and above students.
This group of dancers work so hard to progress each week. And they adore tidy up time when they clean and roll the mats and put away all their props!

Every class is based on a creative story, allowing the kids to be imaginative and have fun while learning to follow, listen and explore age appropriate movements. They love the classes and so do we!
We also have classes for ages 3-5 on Tuesdays at 4pm and Thursdays at 5:30pm. It’s not too late to join our program.
