Know someone starting to train for their first time? I have an employee who hates running but committed to a 5K this summer. I told her just to run to the end of her street, that's it. Then the next day do it again. Then the next day go a little farther. She jokes that I convinced her to start since she lives on a short street!!

"Every one of you in this room can run a marathon in 2 years" got me a lot of surprised looks, but to start, just run to the end of your block. Anything is a start.

You may not consider yourself an athlete, but if you like to golf, run, or play any type of sport, don't let any pain or injury hold you back. Here's my new video from the office
