1. 99.9% Ground Turkey Breast, I use Jennie o
2. Form into π patties
3. Season with Sea Salt and Pepper, I also use garlic powder
4. Preheat your gril about 7 minutes each side mske sure the inside is not but don't burn the patty
5. Prep and was your veggies, I used Romaine Lettuce Leaves, Spinanch Leaves, Sliced π
, and Pickels
6. Prepare your condiments, dairy free mayo, mustard, or light mayonnaise
7. Wrap Turkey in Romaine Lettuce Leaves, and top with your toppings
8. ENJOY!!!!!!

What a nice surprise my father in law, and mother in law came to visit us. My mother in law surprised me in making two cakes, so we celebrated my bday a week earlier. It was so sweet and thoughtful and so good to spend the day with them. Thank you, and dad, for making us smile.β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ

Beautiful Transformation, this is what one year later looks like!! Who said that when you turn 40 you cannot look hot!!!!π₯π₯π₯
Down 40 pounds, put on lean muscle mass, works out with me 3 days a week, 2 upper body days and a lower body, or we do 1 upper body day, 1 lower body day, and 1 total body day!!!
This client doesn't really like cardio, so she eats 80% clean, 20% whatever she wants!
She stays consistent with her workouts and practices a healthy lifestyle but has fun, too.

Here's a 60-day transformation for you. This client is 26 years old, and she came to me wanting to help her drop body fat, add muscle, and get her macros figured out to dial in on her nutrition. Mind you, I am not a nutrionist, but with this clients permission, I was able to share my experience and what I follow for myself. This client trained with me two days a week, we focused on upper and lower body movements, and she would get in two days of a workout on her own. The key factors that determined this clients success is that she stayed consistent, she was coachable and teachable, and she wanted to learn!!!!. I am so proud of her!!!!
