Congratulations to a great community partner!

🌟 20 YEARS OF HEALTHY COMMUNITIES — DID YOU KNOW? 🌟
🏥 In 2020, Healthy Communities purchased its very first building!

After years of serving Clinton County through partnerships and community programs, Healthy Communities reached an exciting milestone — purchasing a home at 1234 Rossville Avenue in Frankfort. 💚
Even during a challenging year, the community came together to help make this vision a reality. Local contractors, businesses, partners, and community members all played a part in making it happen. 🤝

Today, that building continues to serve as a home for Healthy Communities and a place where community health and partnerships can grow.

✨ 20 years of growth.
✨ 20 years of partnerships.
✨ 20 years of making a difference.

Here’s to the next chapter of Healthy Communities of Clinton County! 💚
