Shout out to our Knockout Challenge🥇Place Winner Keith G.! He was able to achieve a 10% loss from his starting body fat in just 6 weeks of consistency! We are very proud!

We’ve been keeping a secret this week…please help us give a warm re-welcome to BRIAR! We are excited to have him back on the team as General Manager at Franklin and Murfreesboro!

Some of you may know him as Coach Briar! He is no stranger to Fitness and is an MTSU graduate with a degree in Exercise Science! If you get the chance to catch him on the 🎤 he might throw in some extra pushups so you’ve been warned!
