Pretty good debut weekend for Franklin College Womens Tennis freshman Kenna Harbin — 2-0 at 1 singles, 2-0 at 1 doubles, and HCAC Player of the Week honors!

First matches of the year = first wins of the year! Both teams split their opening weekend matches by topping Webster after falling to Trine.

For the women, Freshman Kenna went a perfect 4-0 on the day while classmate Katie also went unbeaten with 3 wins. Eleanor went 3-1 on the day and freshman Olivia picked up her first collegiate win.

For the men, newcomer Sava led the team going 3-1 while Andrew, Clark, Brady and Ray all picked up 2 wins. Freshmen Andrew, Brady and Riley all picked up their first collegiate wins.

Our full fall slate kicks off this weekend with a double header at home! Catch us in action at home and in Michigan!

Congratulations to both our tennis teams for being named an ITA All-Academic team yet again! We also had seven men and eight women named ITA Scholars-Athletes. Our 15 award winners means over half of our players were award winners!
