** Simple Sanskrit Mantras (sacred sound syllables meant to raise the vibration of our bodies)
**Pranayama (breath work practices for detoxification and balancing our energetic system)
** Asanas (yogic postures bringing the feeling of wellbeing to the mind and body)
** Relaxation and Meditation
