This weekend, Ashleigh had the sweetest private yoga group in town celebrating a very special bride to be!

They flowed, they laughed, they learned some inversions at the wall, and most importantly, they discovered that apparently yoga is a completely legitimate hangover cure. We cannot confirm the science behind that, but we can confirm that by the end of class, everyone was feeling more alive than when they walked in.

A huge congratulations to the bride! What a fun way to celebrate such a special season of life with your favorite people.

Thank you ladies for spending part of your weekend with us. We loved having you!
