If your practice feels like you are constantly starting over, frequency may be the missing piece.

Vinyasa asks something from you.

Strength.
Cardiovascular capacity.
Mobility.
Focus.
Repetition.

It is full body and mind.

Once a week can help you maintain.
Twice a week is where many people begin to build.
Three or more times a week is where your practice can really start to grow.

The work at YDNC does not disappear. There is always somewhere else to progress to, if you choose.

You just become more capable of meeting what comes next.

We do the hard work in the most comfortable place to do it.

YDNC is where it happens.
