Movement and maintenance of muscle tissue keeps the mind and body strong….💪🏼 Never heard of this before. 😉

Great way to start the day, when you can!

When people think of fitness, they end up doing the things they know or enjoy. It’s the things that we don’t enjoy that are more rewarding for the brain and the body. I have hated pull-ups since I was a kid. That is why I bite my tongue and just do them. If I get 4 - 5 sets of pull-ups in at least 3 times a week then I know the reward will far out weigh risk of never changing.
Your training should be unique to you. Not what you enjoy, but also what we NEED to be doing for longevity. Balance, mobility, stretching, focused resistance training, speed training…sounds like a lot to keep up with if you try to do it on your own.
