June was an amazing month of weeklong summer dance camps and intensives, workshops and weekly classes! Lots of great training, fun and new friendships made. It's been another busy week of rehearsals for our upcoming recitals this Friday and Saturday, and we can't wait for you to see what everyone has been working on! Just a reminder that May 11th is the deadline to sign up to audition for our Competition Teams! Along with our Gold Team (ages 16-19), Silver Team (ages 13-16) Diamond Team (ages 10-13) Light Crew (our Hip-Hop team / ages 12-19) we are starting our Pearl Team (ages 7-10) and Valor Team (ages 13-19) for the 2026-2027 season.

The purpose of this competition team program is not purely to win awards or accolades, although those are exciting (and we won a lot of 1st Place awards this season) ! The main purpose is to give these dancers a more intensive experience that will benefit them either in a professional dance career, or whatever other path God lays out for them. This is not only a dance endeavor, but a spiritual one as well. We will be focusing on using great technique and artistry to ultimately show Christ to our audiences and prayerfully planting seeds that lead others to a life changing and saving relationship with Jesus! We believe this team will be majorly impactful on the dancers through the additional training and mentoring, travel, team bonding, exposure to the larger dance world, performance experience, and most importantly relying on Jesus through it all. We also believe these teams will be impactful on their audiences and all those they interact with as we follow the Holy Spirit’s leading and live to be a blessing by showing the love of God to all we come in contact with. What a great way to finish up our spring semester of acting classes with an acting showcase and recital! Actors really gave it their all portraying characters in a very genuine, authentic manner who were sometimes funny, sometimes serious, and always truly connecting with each other and their audience. Thanks Ms. for sharing your wealth of knowledge and expertise with everyone, making it a very moving and memorable experience for all!
