🏵️ Summer is wrapping up over the next couple of days and we wanted to express gratitude for everyone that shared the season with us. We shared breath, movement, laughter, tears and garden goodies. Thank you for being a beautiful part of a season of abundance and community!

🐾 10/10/2026 is our 2 year anniversary and what better way to celebrate than with PUPPY YOGA?!?

🐶 Join us for a 45 min slow and gentle flow with Ash Airon and 15 minutes of cuddle time! Blazin’ Trails Bottle Babies will be in house to support the process. 11am-12pm

📖 Starting at 1pm we will have our Book Chat and Snack featuring The Let Them Theory.

This is always a great time of year for us here at The Den! Let us tell you why!

First things first, HAPPY BIRTHDAY Rakhee Patel

2 years ago we opened our doors for our first ever class. We were still under construction, barely any walls, saw dust everywhere and the class was full!

1 year ago we started our very first early morning class and we have been blessed to have an amazing wake up crew in the morning. Wake up it's worth it!

Today we start our Mid Week Reset Series with Ashley that invites us to slow down and find the power within.

Thank you for the support over the last 2 years. Thank you for all of the birthday celebrations, weddings, pregnancies, new born snuggles, teenager woes, Den gatherings, laughter and tears you all have shared with us.

🫰🏽 Ashley is taking over Wednesday night at 6pm for our midweek reset.

🫶🏽 Each week will be a different class type, each one will be slow, restorative and gentle. We all enjoy our powerful classes that get the heart rate up but we tend to forget the power of a pause.

🫴🏽One Wednesday a month we will intentionally not have class so you can take your yoga off of the mat and practice pausing in your life.

🧘🏽‍♀️ I invite you to come and join in. Breathe big, move slow, pause long and learn your body in a more intentional way as the observer.
