⚾️ BUILD A BETTER PITCHER FROM THE GROUND UP!

MJB’s 4-Week Baseball Pitching Program with professional pitcher Aidan McEvoy is designed to go beyond simply throwing bullpens. Pitchers will learn how to prepare, throw, compete, and take care of their arm while developing a better understanding of the position.

Throughout the program, athletes will work on mobility, a proper pitching-specific warm-up, catch play for arm health and strength, throwing mechanics, live bullpen scenarios, pitch tunneling, pitch design, pitcher fielding practice, pitching philosophy, arm care, and overall baseball IQ.

Aidan brings 185 professional innings pitched with 200+ strikeouts, 6+ years coaching players from youth through the college and professional levels, and an Athlete First mentality that gives each pitcher individualized support both on and off the field.

📅 Saturdays in November & December
⏱️ 4 weeks | 1.5-hour sessions
⚾ Ages 8-9: 2:30-4:00 PM
⚾ Ages 10-11: 4:00-5:30 PM
⚾ Ages 12-13: 5:30-7:00 PM

Last session with Owen before he heads back to school. 🙁

This summer we dived deep on the barrel life cycle, the idea that the bat goes through distinct phases before it ever reaches the ball. Load it, reorient it, lay it into the plane, turn it, deliver it. Most hitters only ever think about the last phase. Owen perfected the ones most forgotten.

Different swing, different body, and a completely different understanding of what he’s doing and why.

Cory is officially opening spots for his Baseball Mentorship Program!

This is for players who want MORE than just another lesson.

Cory’s mentorship program is about developing the complete baseball player through consistent training, accountability, baseball IQ, confidence, routines, goal setting, and having someone in their corner who is invested in their long-term development.

Cory has spent years working with players from youth baseball all the way through the college level, and now he’s opening the opportunity for players to work with him on a much deeper level.

This isn’t about one good workout.

It’s about building better players, better habits, and a better understanding of what it takes to keep progressing.

Every year, I know this day is coming.

And every year, it gets more difficult.

All these players came in to get better at hitting, but became much more than better hitters to me. I am beyond blessed to get watch them work, struggle, grow, and become the better versions of themselves today. After countless swings, long nights, laughs, tears, life conversations, and everything in between...they’re finally heading off to their next chapters.

I love these kids like they’re my own, but this is what all those hours behind the scenes were for.

🥎 SOFTBALL PITCHERS, THIS ONE IS FOR YOU! 🥎
Join us for a 6-week softball pitching clinic led by Kalee, a former Villanova softball player!

Pitchers will work on building strong mechanics, improving accuracy, developing power, and gaining confidence in the circle. Each week will include focused instruction, quality repetitions, and drills players can continue practicing at home
