In early 2022, Viking Throws lost a mentor and a beloved friend. Jud Logan was somehow both "larger than life" and yet so approachable. For those who never met him. You were never just another athlete to Jud, wether you threw 6m or 20m, to Jud you were You, and he always took the time to know you as your authentic self.

Coach Dee and Coach Viking were forever changed and bettered by his kindness and his mentorship. They carry his torch every time they coach and hope all who interact with them, see the love and joy Jud sewed in them.

You were always in our Hall of Fame, Coach. Glad to see that feeling is unanimous.

Ashland's unforgettable and beloved former head coach Jud Logan has entered the USTFCCCA Hall of Fame!
