Our Pre‑Swim Team offers 45‑minute practices throughout the week, taught from the deck for maximum visibility and coaching.

ATTENTION HIGH SCHOOL FAMILIES

It’s that time again!! If you have a swimmer interested in joining a high school swim team this year, consider signing up for a spot in our prep clinic!

High school prep clinic will run from September 1st- November 12th on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 3:30-4:15pm. For more detailed information check out our website, we hope to see you there!!

Homeschooling gives you flexibility—why not make swim part of the school day? 💦

At Serenity Swimming, homeschool families can choose from private swim lessons during the day, Splash Games for swimmers who love to play (Fri 10am starting mid Sep), and Pre-Swim Team for advanced swimmers (Thur 2:30).

This was 5 months of study, learning, and preparation to bring high-quality aquatic fitness to Frederick. This certification complements her degree in Exercise Science with in-depth study of the unique benefits of the aquatic environment.

Back to school can be a lot for the kids! So we will be closed Wednesday, Thursday & Friday to give our swimmers, families, and staff a little time to settle into new school-year routines.

We’re proud to now have 4 Certified Adaptive Swim Whisperers® instructors at Serenity Swimming—more than any other facility in Maryland! And we’re not stopping there… 2 more of our instructors are currently in training toward certification.
