Oh hey ladies…
We know starting can feel intimidating.
You might feel out of shape.
You might feel behind.
You might wonder if it’s too late.
It’s not.
The best time to start was yesterday.
The next best time is now.
Come as you are. We’ll meet you there.
Crucible Performance
"We believe the greatest dreams are accomplished by those who step up to the greatest challenges"
Everything we do at Crucible Performance is focused on not only forging championship caliber athletes, but more importantly building championship caliber people! We use the weight room as our classroom to teach you how to look at challenges differently and instead of running from adversity, we look to Cherish The Challenges, because that is when we grow. Life is full of peaks and valleys and learn

Crucible Turns 10 Years Old Today!
What started as a dream placed on our hearts has become something far bigger than we ever could have built on our own…
And over these last 10 years, we have seen that this was never just about training.
It has been about people.
The people who trusted us when this was still just a dream.
The parents who handed us the privilege of coaching their sons and daughters.
The families who allowed us to walk with them through wins, losses, injuries, doubts, breakthroughs, dreams and into their stories.
The coaches and team members who helped carry the mission.
The community that believed in Crucible Performance, prayed for us, supported us, challenged us, and helped shape this place into what it is today.
We are overwhelmed with gratitude.
Because when we look back, we do not just see 10 years of sessions, workouts, programs, or memberships.
We see God’s hand.
We see lives changed.
We see confidence rebuilt.
We see families impacted.
We see stories of perseverance, healing, courage, growth, and transformation.
And we are humbled that God would allow us to be even a small part of it.
To everyone who has ever walked through our doors, trusted us with your journey, spoken life into this mission, shared a post, referred a friend, prayed for us, coached with us, or believed in what Crucible could become:
Thank you.
You are the reason this place exists.
We do not take it lightly that God has allowed us to be instruments in His hands.
We do not take it lightly that He has used this place to impact lives, strengthen families, and help people become who He created them to be.
10 years in, our hearts are full.
Full of gratitude.
Full of memories.
Full of faith for what is still to come.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for trusting us, growing with us, and allowing us to be part of your story.

Dreams like this are pretty special to hold in your hands.
A card from Chase DeLauter’s first regular season game… and what a historic one it was!
But what makes it even cooler is knowing that part of that dream was built right here.
Not overnight.
Not by accident.
Not alone.
It was built through early mornings, hard training sessions, honest conversations, setbacks, adjustments, belief, and people walking alongside him in the process.
And that’s what I keep thinking about as we get closer to Crucible’s 10-year birthday.
So many people today are trying to chase big dreams by themselves. Athletes. Adults. Parents. Leaders. Everyone wants the result, but a lot of people are carrying the weight alone.
But the truth is, most people don’t need another random workout.
They need a coach.
They need a plan.
They need somebody in their corner who sees what they can become before they can fully see it themselves.
That’s what this place has always been about.
Not just building stronger athletes.
Not just helping people get in better shape.
But getting to play a small part in moments like this.
A dream fulfilled.
A life impacted.
A story still being written.
As we approach 10 years, we just feel incredibly blessed.
Blessed for the athletes who have trusted us.
Blessed for the families who have let us be part of the journey.
Blessed for the adults who have walked through our doors looking for hope, confidence, and strength again.
Blessed that God has allowed this place to become an inflection point in people’s lives.
This card is more than a card.
It’s a reminder…
Keep showing up.
Keep doing the work.
Keep letting people walk with you.
Keep cherishing the challenge.
Because sometimes the dreams you’re building today become the moments somebody else gets to hold years later.

10 years in business.
Multiple Best of the Best awards.
Best Personal Trainer.
Best Gym.
And a whole lot of memories, stories, challenges, setbacks, breakthroughs, and lives changed along the way.
We are incredibly humbled by it.
Because for us, these awards have never been the goal…
They are a reminder.
A reminder that people don’t just need another gym…
They need a place where they are seen.
They need coaches who meet them where they are.
They need a community that walks with them through the hard parts.
They need someone who believes there is more in them, especially when they have a hard time seeing it themselves.
That has always been the heart of Crucible.
We exist to help people overcome what they thought would hold them back and go beyond what they could ever do alone.
Whether you are an athlete chasing a dream, a parent trying to get back to your best, or someone simply trying to take the next right step… we are honored every time you trust us to be part of your story.
Thank you for growing with us.
Thank you for helping make Crucible more than a gym.
Here’s to 10 years of impact.
And we’re just getting started.
Cherish the Challenge.

Throwback to 2022.
There are moments as a coach that stop you in your tracks.
This was one of them.
When someone decides to put your logo on their body, it says something deeper than, “I like this place.”
It says, “This place became part of my story.”
And that has never been lost on us.
Crucible has never been just a gym.
It is a transformation center.
A coaching center.
A place where people walk in carrying real life. Stress. Setbacks. Insecurity. Pain. Big goals. Heavy seasons. New beginnings.
And our job is not just to hand them a workout.
Our job is to meet them where they are, walk beside them, coach them through the ups and downs, and help them become stronger in every part of life.
Physically.
Mentally.
Emotionally.
Spiritually.
This tattoo is more than ink.
It is a reminder that the work we do matters.
It is a reminder that community matters.
It is a reminder that when people are seen, challenged, loved, and coached well, a gym can become something far more meaningful.
To everyone who has made Crucible part of your story, thank you.
We do not take it lightly.
Cherish the Challenge.

Ten years ago, Joey Nicholson was one of the very first athletes to walk through our doors.
Back then, it was just a dream.
A young athlete learning how to train, how to compete, how to believe, and how to keep showing up when the road was still being built.
Now?
He’s at Gaston College, wearing the jersey, living the dream, and still writing the story.
This past weekend he hits a grand slam, walks it off, and keeps putting up video game numbers.
But what makes us proud isn’t just the stats.
It’s the years behind them.
The early mornings.
The hard reps.
The quiet work.
The moments nobody saw.
The choice to keep building when the dream still felt far away.
That’s what this place has always been about.
Not just creating better athletes, but helping young people step into who they are becoming.
Joey, we are proud of you.
And the best part?
The story isn’t finished yet.
Built in the Crucible.

Some moments look like they happen overnight.
The record gets broken.
The name goes in the history books.
The stats show up for everyone to see.
But the truth is, moments like this are built long before anyone is watching.
Kayla Carr has been putting in the work for years. From her days at Middletown High School, where we were blessed to coach her up, to her journey at Ursinus College, she has relentlessly prepared for the opportunities ahead of her.
And now, in her senior year, that preparation is showing.
Kayla has set the Ursinus school record for most career home runs and most career RBIs, and we could not be more proud!
This is what we want every athlete to understand:
It is not just about showing people how good you are.
It is about preparing yourself for the moments that matter, so when the opportunity comes, you are ready to step into it.
Kayla, you are a reflection of what happens when talent meets discipline, preparation, toughness, and consistency.
So proud of you. Keep cherishing the challenge.
Fitness does not have to mean beating yourself up.
For so many women 40+, that is the fear.
That they will be judged.
That they will not be able to keep up.
That they will get hurt trying to do too much, too fast.
But real training is not about leaving destroyed.
It is about being challenged in the right ways.
It is about building strength, confidence, and consistency over time.
You do not need a workout that just makes you tired.
You need coaching that helps you grow.
No pressure to keep up.
No fear of being judged.
No feeling like you have to prove yourself.
Just the right challenge, the right support, and a place to get stronger.
That is how lasting change happens.
That is how confidence is built.
That is how we cherish the challenge.

Sadie Keller is the kind of athlete who represents what Crucible Performance is all about.
A standout attacker at Thomas Johnson High School, Sadie has continued to make her mark as one of the key pieces of TJ’s rise, including a five-goal performance in a win over Tuscarora.
But what makes Sadie’s story powerful is not just the stats, the goals, or the college commitment.
It is the way she has responded to adversity.
Some athletes shine only when things go right. Sadie has had to fight through challenges that many people will never fully understand. And instead of letting those moments define her, she has allowed them to refine her. She has turned pain into perspective, adversity into toughness, and obstacles into fuel.
That is what resilience looks like.
Sadie’s journey is a reminder that perseverance is not just about surviving hard things. It is about growing through them. It is about continuing to show up, continuing to work, and continuing to believe that your story is still being written.
Now, that perseverance is paying off.
From Thomas Johnson to the University of Findlay, Sadie’s path reflects the heart of an athlete who refused to quit. She is not just earning opportunities because of talent. She is earning them because of who she has become in the process.
Strong. Tested. Resilient. Unshaken.
Sadie Keller is still rising.
