Cadet Tiffany Raines soared to a 2nd place finish at the 2026 MPSSAA 3A-4A West Regional Diving Championships, earning silver with an outstanding score of 281!
With confidence on the board and clean entries in the water, Raines delivered a clutch performance when it counted most — adding more hardware to the Cadets’ growing collection.

Frederick’s own Georgia Kalinowski brought home the bronze at the 2026 MPSSAA 3A-4A West Regional Diving Championships, finishing 3rd overall with an impressive score of 279!
With poise on the board and precision in the air, Kalinowski delivered when it mattered most, adding more hardware to the Cadets’ winter trophy case.
