This past weekend, we celebrated moms in a special way… by sharing their fitness journey with the people who matter most to them — their children. The little ones who made them moms, aunts, grandmothers, and mother figures.
It was a powerful reminder that the strength built on these gray mats goes far beyond workouts and fitness. It’s the strength they carry into everyday life… to care for their families, lead by example, overcome challenges, and show up for the people and things that matter most.
Strong moms build strong families. 💙

Coach Nga Nguyen is always studying, growing, and sharpening her skillset so she can better serve our Fit Family and our Frederick community.
She is on her way towards Master Nutrition Coach to continuing toward Board Certification, Coach Nga has proven that she is serious about helping people create real, lasting change.
And that is what makes her so valuable.
She does not teach perfection. She teaches progress.
She has a gift for helping people build the habits they need to be successful, one better choice at a time. Because the truth is, results do not come from being perfect every single day. Results come from learning how to make better choices most days, staying consistent, and turning those choices into a lifestyle.
When you start seeing results, your motivation goes up.
