Groundswell MMA

Day off of school means two of our young leaders came in to assist with our Adults with Disabilities class! Love seeing them working and growing together as a team.

Heads up Parents,

On Saturday, May 16 we are replacing our youth classes with mommy and me day. This is the day where Mom can join their child in class or fun, martial arts, games and activities. If Mom can’t make it students can invite a guest of their choice. Check your emails for full details.

9:30 ages 4-6
10:30 ages 7+

We will also have a tie dye station available to commemorate the day if you’d like to create one with your child.

Adult classes will run on our normal schedule.

Our adults with developmental disabilities class had their promotions, and they did awesome! So proud of all their hard work and perseverance looking forward to watching them continue to grow!

We have been so blessed to have Coach Mike on the team for so many years. As an instructor and our first full-time employee, he helped take Groundswell MMA to the next level and helped build a family along the way. He is onto exciting new things and we wish him the best on his journey!
