“In with the new and out with the old!” — Sharpay Evans

Our new FLIPS benches are officially IN, which means our old benches are now up for grabs!

If you’ve ever wanted to take home a little piece of FLIPS, now’s your chance. These benches have seen a LOT of gymnastics, snacks, parent conversations, shoes, water bottles, and probably more chalk than we’d like to admit.

Interested? Swing by and grab one, or all, before they’re gone! They’re on the back dock.

This morning we had a very special visitor in the gym! 🩷

At 100 years old, this great-grandma came to watch her great-granddaughter do gymnastics. There’s something so incredibly special about getting to witness moments like this. From one generation watching the next grow, learn, and do what they love… these are the memories that last a lifetime.

A little behind the scenes of our most recent community event & flip-a-thon. We had lots of talent, but even more support. A big thank you to everyone who makes fun events like these possible! 🤟🏽
