Most people don’t have a strength problem…

They have a movement problem. 👇

Today we worked on functional movement patterns using kettlebells — teaching how to properly brace, push the hips back, stack the body, and create stability through movement.

Because when your heels, knees, hips, and wrists are aligned, everything changes.

âś… Better pressing mechanics
âś… Stronger oblique chains
âś… More stability under load
âś… Less compensation and wasted movement

Strength is important…

But learning how to move well while building strength is where real progress happens.

Most people don’t have weak legs…

They have poor positioning and stability that stops them from actually using the muscles they’re supposed to. 👇

This is Andrew.

We started by working on pelvic positioning and lower body awareness teaching him how to actually feel his quads working all the way up into his hips instead of compensating elsewhere.

From there, we progressed into compound + functional movements under load.

Now he’s not just moving weight…

He’s learning how to hold stability, create strength, and move with purpose.

Because real training isn’t just about getting stronger.

It’s about building a body that moves better, feels better, and performs better in everyday life.

This is why I love what I do.

When we first started, he was dealing with low back pain, tight hips, stiffness, and limitations that were affecting everyday movement.
