🧒 Youth (2031–2036)
⏰ 5:30–7:00 pm

🏫 High School (2027–2030)
⏰ 7:30–9:00 pm

We’re looking for competitive, coachable athletes who want:

Summer Celebration champs. 🥍🏆

True Fredericksburg 2029 went 4–0–1 last weekend and took home the Summer Celebration Tournament title.

All weekend they:
* defended hard
* won tough ground balls
* shared the ball on offense
* and finished games the right way

Proud of how this group is growing and starting to turn good habits into wins.

Huge congrats to Wilson (2026, midfield) from James Monroe • True Fredericksburg / DMV South 2026 on being named Region 4A Player of the Year.

This isn’t a “one hot game” award. It’s years of:
* getting to the middle over and over, not living on bad angles
* scoring with both hands – step‑downs, sweeps, on‑the‑run
* drawing slides and hitting the one‑more
* riding, causing turnovers, and doing all the stuff that doesn’t always show up on a highlight clip

He’s been a problem for every defense in the region, every night, and now the award matches the work.

If you’ve got a 2035–2028 who wants to build toward this level – real production + real impact – we’ll be working on the same skills (gold‑medal shooting, dodging to the middle, decision‑making) at our BluePrint Camp this summer.

This summer we’re running the TRUE FREDERICKSBURG 4v4 Speed Lacrosse Series at Fredericksburg Field House – built for beginners and experienced players who want to get a LOT better, fast.

Why this is worth your time

* Way more reps than normal games
4v4 on a small field = constant passes, catches, dodges, and shots. No hiding in the corner.

* Better IQ for every position
No fixed spots – everyone plays offense AND defense, learns spacing, help, and decision-making.

* High tempo, low contact
No pads, no goalies. Fast, fun, competitive, but not spring-season level contact.

* Great for all levels
* Newer players: tons of low‑pressure touches to build confidence.
* Experienced players: game‑speed reps that sharpen reads and finishing.

🗓 Two 4‑week rounds (Wednesdays)
* Round 1: June 10 – July 1
* Round 2: July 8 – July 29
Register for Round 1, Round 2, or both.

⏰ Times & Ages
* High School (Rising 9th–12th): 5–6 pm & 6–7 pm
* Middle School (Rising 6th–8th): 7–8 pm

👥 Small teams
* HS: max 48 players (8 teams of 6)
* MS: max 24 players (4 teams of 6)

💰 $60 per 4‑week round

Spots are limited so every kid is actually in the play.

That’s not one hot season. That’s years of:

* showing up when games were tight and when they weren’t
* battling through runs, rebounds, and breakdowns
* and consistently giving his team a chance

Proud of the work he’s put in and the standard he’s set in cage.

If you’ve got a 2035–2028 goalie who wants to build toward milestones like this, we’ll be working on positioning, tracking, and handling all types of shots at our BluePrint Camp:
