✨ Day 2 of three days of learning, creating, and growing! ✨

Our Teaching & Choreography Clinic has been such an incredible experience! Today, 10 of our clinic dancers have had the opportunity to step into the role of choreographer, creating and teaching routines to 12 amazing volunteer dancers.

A huge THANK YOU to each of our volunteer dancers for giving your time and energy to help make this hands-on learning experience possible. Your willingness to come in and be part of this clinic has allowed our dancers to build confidence, strengthen their leadership skills, and experience what it takes to bring choreography to life.

We are so proud of everyone who has participated and the growth we’ve already seen. Tomorrow is our final day, and we can’t wait to see these dancers continue to shine! 💗✨ Stay tuned for their choreography videos!

Our 8th and final Senior Spotlight is CJ Battiste! CJ has been tapping with us for years, and it has been such a joy to watch him grow both as a dancer and as a person. We have loved seeing him balance football, other sports, and his commitment to dance while continuing to pursue his passion for tap. While we’re sad to see this chapter come to an end, we are incredibly excited to see what the future holds for him. Congratulations, CJ! We are so proud of you and can’t wait to watch you succeed in your next adventure!

✨Our 7th Senior Spotlight is Mackenzie McAllister! Mackenzie started dancing with us a few years ago, and we are so happy she did! We love her spirit, her work ethic, and how much she has grown with us. She is such a wonderful classmate, and we have been so lucky to have her as part of the FSA family.
And the good news is… we’ll still get some “super senior” time with her next year! Between dance, school, and all the new adventures ahead, we are so excited to see what the future holds for Mackenzie!

✨Our 6th Senior Spotlight is Sophia Fiore! Sophia started voice lessons at FSA in 5th grade, then began performing in our Limelite musicals before adding dance classes to her training as well. Sophia’s voice and stage presence have been such an incredible asset to FSA, and we can’t believe her time here is coming to an end. We are so proud of all she has accomplished and so excited to watch her performing career continue at Shenandoah University!
Congratulations, Sophia — we can’t wait to see all that’s ahead for you!
