Dear Members,

We are incredibly excited to share some big news with you: our club is moving!

For a long time, we have looked forward to the day when we could move into a space that better reflects not only who we are today, but where we believe health and fitness are headed.

The fitness industry has changed tremendously over the years. Today, taking care of yourself means much more than simply lifting weights or getting in a great cardio workout. It means moving better, recovering better, preventing injuries, addressing pain, and finding ways to feel stronger and healthier in everyday life.

Our current location has served us well, but it has also limited our ability to grow in those directions. As our lease comes to an end, we finally have the opportunity to create something more.

And we couldn’t be more excited about what comes next.

Our new location will allow us to expand beyond the traditional gym experience and begin bringing more health, wellness, recovery, and professional services together under one roof. Our vision includes opportunities for services such as physical therapy, massage therapy, chiropractic care, recovery and wellness treatments, injury prevention, and other complementary services—all while continuing to provide the strength training, cardio, classes, and fitness experience you already know.

Most importantly, this move gives us an opportunity to reconnect with our purpose.

We don't simply want to provide a place to work out. We want to create a place that helps people move better, feel better, recover better, and live better.

There will be much more to share in the coming weeks, including details about the new location (which is very close!), our moving timeline, new services, and what you can expect during the transition.

For now, we simply wanted you—our members—to hear the news directly from us and to know how excited we are about what lies ahead.

Thank you for being part of our club and for supporting us throughout the years. We have been waiting a long time for this opportunity, and we truly believe the next chapter will be our best one yet.

We can’t wait to welcome you to our new home.

Look, some days you come in feeling motivated, and other days you just have to get yourself through the door. Either way, getting started is what matters and we are happy all of our members show up. Keep working at your own pace, stay consistent, and remember that progress doesn’t always happen overnight. Every workout adds up, and every time you show up is another step forward. Whatever you’re working toward, keep at it. Let’s crush the rest of the week!
