Bike Works is Downtown Fredericksburg's local bike shop. Located on William St, Bike Works caters to both the professional racer & recreational rider.
As we wind down this 2025 we just want to thank everyone for your friendship and patronage. We hope 2026 is filled with more riding, excitement, and enjoyment. On that note we will be closed Thursday, Jan. 1st 2026. We will resume our regular hours on Friday, Jan. 2nd.

Just a heads up! Due to the Christmas parade Saturday December 6th, Bike Works will be closing early. We will be open 10am-2pm.
Bike Works will be open 11am -4pm on Labor Day.
Happy Fourth of July! We will be closed today. Back again Saturday at our regular hours. Hopefully, no one loses a finger. Happy Independence day!

A few weeks ago we were fortunate to get some cyclists taken care of while
passing through town and got them rolling in no time!

While chatting we found out they owned to pie shop “back in Indiana” and much to our surprise we got three delicious pies from Wick’s Pies Inc. delivered today! (we like food almost as much as we like bikes)

If you are passing through Wi******er, Indiana….. make a pit stop at Mrs. Wick’s Restaurant and grab a pie (or 36…. they have a lot of varieties to choose from)

1️⃣ Lower your dropper post slightly for technical climbs
2️⃣ Keep a smooth, consistent cadence (no grinding!)
3️⃣ Look ahead & choose your line early
