Class may be over, but the care continues. After every class, our teachers and front desk staff are right here resetting the space, wiping down props, grounding the room, and preparing it for whoever walks in next.

Yoga and contrast therapy speak the same language: nervous system regulation. One through stillness and mindful movement, the other through intentional stress and recovery.
In yoga, we practice moving between effort and ease.

In contrast therapy, we move between heat and cold.

Both train the body to adapt, recover, and regulate.

🧊Cold plunge sharpens focus, builds resilience, and stimulates the nervous system, similar to the alert presence we cultivate in a strong steady pose.
