🌟 July Client of the Month: Graham Gronhoff

We’re proud to celebrate Graham Gronhoff as our July Client of the Month 💪 ✨

Graham is a powerful example of what happens when you commit to your health consistently over time.

Rather than chasing quick fixes, he focused on sustainable habits, combining strength training, Pilates, daily movement, recovery, and nutrition. The result has been significant improvements in body composition, metabolic health, posture, movement quality, and overall confidence.

We're incredibly proud of his dedication and excited to celebrate his continued success.

This open-book exercise is one of our favorite ways to improve thoracic mobility and rotational
movement. ✨

Using support between the knees helps keep the body aligned so the movement stays focused on the spine. Move slowly, breathe deeply, and only rotate as far as your body comfortably allows.

Better mobility can help improve posture, movement quality, and overall comfort.

Game Day Nutrition 06/29/2026

With major sporting events like the FIFA tournaments capturing the world's attention, it's the perfect time to talk about something every athlete needs to perform at their best: **proper nutrition.**

I had a great time joining FOX 5 DC today to discuss **Game Day Nutrition: What Athletes Eat Before, During, and After Competition.**

Whether you're competing on the world stage, playing in a local league, training for a race, or cheering from the sidelines, fueling your body properly can have a major impact on energy, performance, recovery, and overall health.

⚽ Before competition: Focus on carbohydrates for energy and include some protein for staying power.

💧 During competition: Stay hydrated and replace fluids and electrolytes, especially during longer events or in the heat.

💪 After competition: Prioritize protein and carbohydrates to help muscles recover and restore energy stores.

The reality is that nutrition isn't just important for elite athletes—it's important for all of us. The same principles that help FIFA athletes perform at their highest level can help you have more energy, build strength, recover better, and stay healthy.

Thank you to the FOX 5 team for having me on today!

Most golfers think the problem is their swing. But often, the real issue is how the body moves.

Through a 16-part TPI movement assessment, we identify mobility limits, weakness, instability, and movement compensations that may affect power, consistency, and even increase injury risk.

The goal isn’t just to change your swing — it’s to improve the body behind it.

Protein + Strength Training: A Winning Formula for Women’s Health 06/24/2026

Today I had the opportunity to join Virginia This Morning to talk about one of my favorite topics: the powerful combination of protein + strength training for women's health.
As women age, we naturally lose muscle mass, but that doesn't mean we have to accept weakness, loss of independence, or declining health as inevitable. Research continues to show that resistance training and adequate protein intake are among the most effective tools we have to maintain muscle, support bone health, improve metabolism, and enhance long-term quality of life.
One of the biggest takeaways from today's segment: you can't out-exercise poor nutrition, and you can't out-nutrition a lack of strength training. The magic happens when both work together.
Whether you're in your 40s, 50s, 60s, or beyond, it's never too late to start building strength and prioritizing protein.
A special thank you to the Virginia This Morning team for having me on to share this important message.

Your thoracic spine plays a huge role in posture, breathing, and movement quality.

This cat-cow variation helps improve spinal mobility while encouraging better control and awareness through the upper and lower back. Move slowly, focus on your breath, and allow your spine to move segment by segment.

Mobility is about quality, not speed.

Tight hips can affect everything from posture to daily movement.

This simple floor mobility drill helps open the hips, improve rotation, and reduce stiffness through controlled breathing and gentle stretching.

Adjust the width of your feet to control the intensity and move at your own pace.

Mobility doesn’t have to be complicated to be effective.

No two recovery journeys are the same.

That’s why every medical exercise program is tailored to the individual — whether you’re recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, improving balance, or rebuilding strength after injury.

We assess, measure, track, and adjust using objective data and medical principles — not one-size-fits-all workouts.
