Such a MASSIVE chapter of my life and all I’ve known since I was 18 yrs old. While pursuing other things+traveling elsewhere+everything else life has thrown my way, SUP Yoga has always been a constant, my home..something I’ve always come back to, my whole identity. Once upon a time it all was a dream and I can’t help but smile as I think about the last 10 years.

Morgan, Kara and myself just wrapped up our annual Wrightsville trip with the Virginia ladies and it was so amazing. Yoga, yummy eats, spa treatments, beach time and so much more with the best group of women.

MORE of these to come in various new places. 💕

I want to be sad but to be honest I’m not, excitement and gratitude is all I’m currently feeling. And that’s how I know, I’m moving in the right direction. Plus let’s be honest, I can’t stay away from Fredericksburg for too long which means pop up classes!

The Riverfront Yoga crew has been absolutely incredible+different each time.
