We had a small group of our Youth out competing at COPA yesterday in NOVA! They had some great matches and brought home some hardware. We also had Bay Sudler doing her first absolute division and took second!

Even though we didn't get photos or footage of everyone, it is great to see the progression of everyone's hard work! Keep it up!

We have more competitions on the calendar for those who are interested!

Don't neglect your stand up! Even if wrestling isn't your A-game, it is important to be a well rounded grappler and to be confident on your feet!

Use your head! Using your head to drive your opponent flat can be the difference in establishing the pass. Negative effects on hairline may vary.
