XBG brings in local high school coaches and teams them with former players as assistants. Your child will have a paid coach that played the game and is committed to developing each individual player. With this approach, FXBG also achieves a second goal: supporting local high school coaches. VALUES

FXBG was formed to bring together various lacrosse entities in the area into a not-for-profit structure that emphasizes player development, not the fielding of all-star teams. We are committed to creating and upholding a positive environment for everybody -- players, parents, coaches, and organizers. We need to grow the sport. We also need to grow future leaders.
