Our Northern Lebanon golf team wrapped up section play with a 17-13 record and a third-place finish in Section 3 this season.

Yesterday, the Vikings competed in the Lancaster-Lebanon League AAA Individual and Team Tournament at Four Seasons Golf Course. Northern Lebanon finished 11th in the team standings with a score of 346.

Individually, Christian Rizzo led the Vikings with an 83, followed by Collin Padovani with an 84, Ashton Yeager 87, Braden Demler 92, Jacob Anspach 94, and Drew Shireman 97.

The Vikings did not advance an individual to the District III tournament this season, but there is still golf left to play with the ELCO Cup and Lebanon County Tournament remaining on the schedule.

A strong Section 3 season with a couple more opportunities still ahead for our Vikings.

🚨‼️CROSS COUNTRY DOUBLE DUBS ALERT‼️🚨

Both our boys and girls cross country teams picked up section victories over Pequea Valley at home today, each winning 26-31!

Anthony Frederick led the boys with a 1st place finish in 18:06. Owen Kelly finished 3rd in 18:35 and Mason Krall was 6th in 18:54.

Zoey Bouchard led the Lady Vikings with a 3rd place finish in 22:15. Chloe Seyfert finished 4th in 25:46 and Taylor Cunningham was 5th in 26:05.

In other action today, our girls volleyball team picked up a 3-0 win at Columbia. Boys soccer fell to Manheim Central 6-0, girls soccer lost to Lancaster Catholic 5-0, and field hockey battled Solanco in the rain before falling 1-0.

A pair of cross country dubs and a volleyball sweep highlight a busy day for our Vikings!

🚨‼️VOLLEYBALL MILESTONE NIGHT DUBS ALERT‼️🚨

The Lady Vikings won a 5-set thriller over Blue Mountain, 3-2! NL battled through all five sets to earn the win 17-25, 25-14, 22-25, 25-21, 15-13.

It was also a milestone night as Ava Simpson recorded her 300th career assist and Shea Moyer recorded her 800th career kill!

Girls tennis also added a DUB on the road with a 4-1 victory over Columbia. Shuey and A. Kidd earned singles wins, while Niebauer and Diaz picked up the doubles victory.

Sometimes the scoreboard doesn’t tell the whole story. Our football team learned a little something about themselves today. They played with great effort and have a lot to look forward to as a team. Friday night we host Donegal for Legacy Night. Don’t miss it!

🏈 VIKINGS SHOW PLENTY OF FIGHT AT WYOMISSING 🏈

Northern Lebanon suffered its first loss of the season Saturday, but the final score only tells part of the story.

Facing perennial powerhouse Wyomissing, the Vikings fell behind 35-6 before battling all the way back, scoring 26 second-half points and forcing the Spartans to fight to the finish in a 42-32 game.
