Need quick relief for low back discomfort. Try this ~
Holding on to a chair, counter top or pressing into a wall, step back until your arms are straight and your feet are under your hips. Walk your feet apart to a comfortable distance and hold, or rock gently side to side. As always.....breathe

Yes! You can benefit from chiropractic care during pregnancy!
And this is why men don’t have the babies 🤣

This month the focus is on Hummingbird Breath or Bhramari Pranayama.
(Disclaimer: it has nothing to do with a hummingbird feeder helmet!)

“Why do I need prenatal yoga?” You may ask. A class focused on you may help you find comfort in your body as it changes. We also practice some pretty cool laboring positions in every class.

One of the great things about prenatal yoga is that it serves as both a support in pregnancy and as a deep preparation for the journey of birth.
Exploring movements that can be helpful in labor is one aspect of this. Here are some shapes that are useful in the early to active labor stages.
Your body will guide you to what you need to do but it’s always useful to have a few ideas to try out. The main things to think about are:
✨ Am I as comfortable as I can be in this position? (think padding knees etc)
✨ Can my pelvis and hips move freely?
✨ Can I find rhythmic movement (swaying or circling) if that feels good to me?
If you’re using a birth ball make sure you’re on the right size ball for your height - this means your knees will be at the level of your hips or a little lower.
If you are 5’4” or under - 55cm ball
If you are 5’4” - 5’10” - 65cm ball
If you are over 5’10”- 75cm ball
