Some may call it personal training.

As seen on The Joe Rogan Experience.

We’re still trying to wrap our heads around this one.

A huge thank you to Joey Diaz for mentioning his experience with us on The Joe Rogan Experience while talking about his recovery after knee surgery.

When we opened EVO, the goal was to simply help people move better, feel better, and get back to the things that matter most to them. To hear that our work made an impact and was worth sharing on a platform like that is incredibly humbling.

We’re grateful for the trust, grateful for our team, and grateful for every person who walks through our doors and allows us to be part of their journey.

Thank you, Joey. It means more than you know.

That first step out of bed shouldn’t hurt.

If you’re dealing with plantar fasciitis, heel pain, or foot pain that keeps coming back, you’ve probably already tried stretching, icing, massage guns, new shoes, and maybe even orthotics.

The problem is that most treatments focus on the heel.

The real issue is often a combination of mobility, strength, and movement limitations elsewhere in the body that continue to overload the foot every day.

That’s why we created our Free 6-Week Heel Pain Reset.

Inside, we’ll walk you through a step-by-step process to help reduce irritation, improve mobility, build strength, and get back to walking, exercising, and living with more confidence.

Comment HEEL PAIN and we’ll send you the link.

Most people trying to lose weight think they need harder workouts, more intensity, or another fat-burning challenge.

Meanwhile, they are overlooking one of the most powerful tools available:
walking.

And the math is actually pretty simple.

Walking for one hour per day can realistically burn an additional 300–400+ calories with very little recovery demand. Over the course of a week, that can create a meaningful calorie deficit without completely overhauling your workouts, diet, or lifestyle.

Even more interesting?

Consistent daily walking often burns MORE total weekly calories than occasional HIIT workouts while creating less joint stress, less fatigue, and better long-term consistency.

Most people are not stuck because they need harder workouts. They are stuck because they barely move outside the gym.

Walking may not feel exciting, but when you actually do the math, it becomes one of the simplest and most effective fat loss tools available.

Maturing in your fitness journey is realizing it was never really about beating everyone else.

It’s about becoming stronger than the version of you that wanted to quit yesterday.

More disciplined than the version of you that made excuses.

More resilient than the version of you that let stress, fear, or inconsistency take control.

The people who build long-term health aren’t always the fastest or strongest in the beginning.

They’re the ones who keep showing up.

Day after day. Rep after rep. Choice after choice.

That’s where real transformation happens.

Not through perfection. Through progression.

If you’re ready to stop chasing quick fixes and start building a stronger version of yourself for the long run, we’re here to help.
