New Jersey Youth Soccer Association

New Jersey ODP is currently accepting resumes for head coach positions during the 2026-2027 season, in addition to also seeking a goalkeeper coach.

Coaches will work with top players from across the state, follow a unified player development curriculum, and represent New Jersey at state and regional events. The season commitment includes six training sessions and six tournament events.

The ideal candidates should be passionate about player development, professionalism, teamwork, and a player-first approach. Interested coaches can email their resume to [email protected].

Registration is currently open for 2026-27 New Jersey ODP tryouts, which are available for players born between 2010 and 2015. Tryouts will take place during the weekends of July 18-19 and August 1-2.

The Olympic Development Program (ODP) is a chance for motivated athletes to step into a higher-level environment, showcase their ability in front of licensed NJYS ODP coaching staff, and begin a pathway that can lead to regional, national, and even international opportunities.
