Today is a two part workout. 30 minutes of a body weight circuit focusing on some of our base movements and 30 minutes of some cardio work.

FIRST 30 MINUTES - CIRCUIT AS MANY ROUNDS AS POSSIBLE

5 Push ups
10 Frog Crunches
15 Squats
5 Plank rows
10 Prone rows
15 Bridges

SECOND 30 MINUTES - RECORD YOUR TOTAL DISTANCE

Make your way outside and pull up your favorite workout tracking app. Walk/Jog/Run for 30 minutes straight and record your TOTAL distance.

It’s Grinder Time X 2!πŸ’ͺ🏼πŸ’ͺ🏼πŸ’ͺ🏼πŸ’ͺ🏼

Starting with move #1, complete one rep as listed in the first row. Now moving onto move #2, moving horizontally across, perform the amount of reps in that same row. Continue on until you compete move #4 in the first row. Now go back to move #1, row two reps as listed in the second row. Follow that row just as you did in row one. Continue across and down row by row until you reach row 10. When you complete row 10 it’s time to double up! Work back down the grinder sheet with row 9 and finish at the end of row 1 with move #4.

Example of 1st round:

1 walkout push-up, 2 tap-tap squats, 3 alternating renegade rows, 4 bicycles alternating each side

Jumping Jack Arms slightly bent, tough hands at top and allow your feet to go a little wider then your hips on the out.

Body Weight Squat Keep your arms straight down between your legs so your hands touch the floor to help count your reps.

Body Weight Prone Row Lay on your belly with your feet in the floor the same as your push up feet. Reach your arms straight out and pull your elbows back to your hips. Squeeze your upper back and lats to finish, pull your chest up off the floor. Keep your butt tight the entire time and keep your chin down.

Since they’re waiving their $15 shipping fee, they’re asking everyone to please place orders via text/call and NOT through their website. Please have all orders in by Monday 8pm for Wednesday pick-up. Once an order is placed, a confirmation text/call will be sent to the number used to place the order, providing the customer with their exact pick-up time.
