Leadership Poomsae Workshop with Master Shim

Today, our students had an incredible opportunity to train with Korean Intern Master Shim during our Poomsae Leadership Workshop!

Our students focused on developing stronger poomsae fundamentals, improving technique and presentation, and learning what it takes to become a leader both on and off the mat. Master Shim shared valuable insights from his training experience in Korea, helping students better understand the details, discipline, and mindset required for success in sport and freestyle poomsae.

A special thank you to Master Shim for sharing his knowledge, passion, and inspiration with our students. We look forward to continuing to build the next generation of leaders through martial arts!
