3 months. Same goal: get stronger and leaner. 💪
Dan has been putting in the work and the numbers speak for themselves:
🔥 Bodyweight: 143.6 → 145.6 lbs
💪 Muscle Mass: 68.6 → 71.7 lbs
📉 Body Fat: 15.5% → 13.5%
That's 3.1 lbs of muscle gained while dropping 2% body fat.
This is why we don't obsess over the scale.
Dan technically gained weight, but he's stronger, leaner, and carrying more muscle than he was three months ago.
That's progress.
Great work, Dan. Keep building! 👊
One simple cue can completely change your handstand push ups.
Before you kick up:
✅ Stack your body.
✅ Keep your core tight.
✅ Look through your hands, not at the floor.
Looking through helps keep you in a stronger position and reduces the chances of crashing onto your face.
Because let's be honest...
Your face is important.
That's how you get all the likes on Instagram. 😅
Save this for your next handstand push up session.
Every CrossFitter has that one movement...
❤️ Marry it. 😘 Tolerate it. 💀 Wish it disappeared forever.
We asked five members to make the toughest decision in CrossFit.
Some answers were expected.
Some were absolutely criminal. 😂
Now it's your turn...
Marry. Kiss. Kill.
What's your lineup? 👇
A decade of showing up.
Kara Rafz has been part of the Marble Strength family for almost 10 years, and this week she did something incredible.
She pulled 328 pounds, beating her previous deadlift PR from four years ago.
That's what consistency looks like.
Not chasing quick fixes. Not starting over every January. Not giving up when progress slows.
Just continuing to show up, put in the work, and trust the process.
Summer magic is here, and Kara is on fire. 🔥
We're proud of everything you've accomplished, Kara, but we're even more proud of the commitment you've shown over the last decade.
The PR is awesome!
The person you've become because of the journey is even better!!!
Help us congratulate Kara in the comments! 👏
PRs don't happen overnight.
They happen after showing up when you're tired. After doing the basics well. After one workout turns into one month... then one year.
The cool part isn't the PR.
It's the work that nobody sees before it.
Consistency beats motivation every time.
Keep showing up, trust the process, and the results will come.
Who's chasing a new PR this year? 💪

The scale stayed the same. Everything else improved.
Six months of consistent work led to some incredible results:
💪 +3 lbs of muscle
🔥 3% lower body fat
🏋️ Sn**ch PR
🏋️ Jerk PR
🏋️ Deadlifting over 300 lbs consistently
The scale doesn't tell the whole story.
Getting stronger.
Building muscle.
Improving performance.
Feeling more confident.
That's real progress.
Proud of everything you've accomplished, Kara. The best is still ahead. 💙
The deadlift doesn't have to be complicated.
Focus on these four simple cues every time you step up to the bar:
✅ Brace your core before you pull. Create tension before the bar leaves the floor.
✅ Push the floor away. Think about driving your feet into the ground instead of yanking the bar up.
✅ Keep the bar close. The closer the bar stays to your body, the stronger and more efficient your pull will be.
✅ Stand tall at the top. Finish by squeezing your glutes and standing tall. Avoid leaning back or overextending.
Master the basics first. Strength comes from consistent, high quality reps, not constantly chasing heavier weights.
What's your favorite cue for the deadlift? Drop it in the comments. 👇
The big dawgs were out today! 🐕
Heavy squats. Good people. A little friendly competition. A lot of hard work.
This is our kind of therapy.
Some people unwind on the couch.
We'll take a loaded barbell and a room full of people pushing each other to be better.
Who's joining us next squat day? 💪
At 78 years old, Gen is still proving that it's never too late to get stronger.
She isn't chasing perfection.
She isn't trying to be the strongest person in the gym.
She's simply showing up, putting in the work, and getting a little better every week.
That's what real fitness looks like.
Strength isn't about your age.
It's about building confidence, maintaining your independence, and continuing to do the things you love for years to come.
Watching Gen attack these box jumps is a reminder that we are all capable of more than we think.
No matter where you're starting, we'll meet you there.
Keep showing up. Keep getting stronger. Your future self will thank you.
💙 Strength is for everyone.
