This weekend some of our competitive athletes attended a Region 5 Training Camp! They got new corrections, made productive changes, and met new people! We’re so proud of them for representing Synergym well. 🌱 We also love that they work hard AND play hard too! After camp, the girls headed to an arcade for a fun night with friends 💚

We’re excited to announce that weekly Open Gyms are coming to Synergym beginning in October! 🎉

🤸 Monday Morning Toddler Open Gym
Mondays | 10:00–11:00 AM
Early Walkers–Age 6 | $10 per child
•
⭐ Homeschool Student Open Gym
Thursdays | 2:00–3:00 PM
Ages 3–15 | $15 per student
•
Pre-registration is available through your iClassPro Parent Portal/App and is strongly encouraged. Each Open Gym will have a capacity limit. Walk-ins are welcome when space is available.
•
And this is just the beginning! We’re working toward adding more Open Gym opportunities for the general public, including select weekends, holidays, school breaks, and days off school. Keep an eye on your email and our social media pages for announcements as new dates become available!

Looking for a fun, active way to add movement, confidence, and connection to your homeschool week? 🤸‍♀️💚

Synergym’s Homeschool Gymnastics program is growing, and we now have more weekday options for local homeschool families!

Our classes give kids ages 3–15 the opportunity to learn gymnastics skills, build strength and coordination, challenge themselves at their own level, and—just as importantly—move, play, and connect with other kids.

Monday, Tuesday OR Wednesday
2:00–3:00 PM
Classes meet once weekly
$75/month
Multi-student discounts available!

2:00–3:00 PM
$15 per child

Whether your child is completely new to gymnastics or already loves being upside down, our coaches meet kids where they are and help them continue building skills and confidence in a supportive environment.

Homeschooling can look different for every family—and we’d love for Synergym to become one of the places your kids can move, learn, make friends, and have FUN during their week.

Meet Coach Lindsey! ⭐️ You probably know her as T-Low! With more than 21 years of experience coaching gymnastics, martial arts, and aerial arts, she serves as the Recreational Department Leader at Synergym, where she oversees the recreational program, including curriculum development, staff leadership, and student growth.
•
A former gymnast herself, T-Low began coaching at the age of 15 and brings five years of recreational gymnastics directing experience to her role. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine and is passionate about creating healthy & confident staff and students that become leaders of the world using the vehicle of gymnastics.
•
Outside of the gym, she enjoys playing saxophone in a local community band, spending time with her family, caring for her dogs, and creating educational content through her YouTube channel and integration coaching business.
•
To add to her impressive resume and experience, T-Low passed her judging exam today and is now certified to judge Compulsory athletes! 🤩 Way to go, T-Low! She brings so much energy and passion to the gym, and we are so grateful to have her as part of the Synergym family. 🌱

Our recreational coaches welcomed Fall with another training clinic because we believe the best coaches never stop learning. Education, growth, and continual improvement are at the heart of what we do at Synergym. 🌱 Our first week of classes was incredible, and we loved seeing so many smiling faces in the gym! We’re excited to keep learning, growing, and becoming better coaches for our athletes 💚
