Mat classes. Private & Semi-Private Sessions. Focus on Small group Instruction. Mat classes are great for realigning imbalances in the body with low impact exercises. Pilates eases stress on the spinal column and teaches you better posture by strengthening your core or 'powerhouse'. The workout is hard. You work for the results given in a Pilates Mat class. Come see for yourself! We think you will be pleased with the longer, leaner you!
