Thank you Lemonia Fotinos for an informative after session about Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF/ Bemer) and Redlight Therapy. The humans and Major our demo horse all enjoyed the opportunity to try PEMF and Major was very clear how much he appreciated the red light for his healing hock. He went back to pasture with an improved stride and a little more spring in his step.

And that's a wrap on our first Masterson Method Light to the Core. Thank you Amelia Nalli and Lise Lunde for a superb class. This class definitely is a class for everyone. The techniques are effective, soft and not as physically demanding as Beyond Massage. The depth and breadth of experience the participants brought only enhanced the weekend with thoughtful questions and excellent work. All of the horses were better for their participation. We are looking forward to the possibility of hosting both courses in 2027.

The day finished with The Saddle Gal Mikayla Pick presenting on saddle fit and providing hands on demonstration with one of the ponies and one of the draft crosses. Both are in the lesson program and require well fitted tack to do their work. This first time program drew so much interest that there is a spring Fit and Ride clinic in the works for Spring 2027.

Thank you for a fantastic Day 1 of Light to the Core. Amelia taught so many new techniques today and the horses responded so well. Lisa was a wonderful support for the students as they applied the new skills. Looking forward to another great day tomorrow.

No pictures or videos. This week with students and ponies was the type of week that makes an instructor's heart soar.

Thank you Jennifer Worrell and the fantastic team at Trumansburg Fairgrounds. Today was their Mini and Pony show..The morning was all in hand classes with driving in the afternoon. Everyone was so welcoming. We all had so much fun. This particular format is offered June August and September. It was a wonderful opportunity to give some of our littles that dont usually go offsite the chance to trailer, groom, practice patience at the trailer, experience a new place and welll...strut their stuff a little! Each participant recieved a lead rope and warm welcome and left with fun memories and a genuine invitation back.

Another opportunity Jen and her team created is each of the riding shows have "grounded" classes. Most of the ridden classes have a grounded division. Its a great way for a horse that isn't being ridden to experience new things or prepare a horse for busier environments. It is also such a gift for people who cant ride but want to still enjoy the camaraderie and fun.

It was a really nice morning meeting a team that has put a great deal of thought and heart into keeping people and horses active in the community. Thank you!!
