After becoming the 16th and final member of the Cragar Five Second Club in '74, Frank Bradley's career was on an upward trajectory that took him to wins at the Winternationals and the Division 7 event at Fremont Dragstrip by 1976.🤩

Porky The Pirate, the man and his exploits are legendary, but despite the fact that the man could consume as much alcohol as a a pair of TA/FCs, he was a damn good welder!

Fremont Dragstrip was a magical place to be in the '70's. To us it was the most exciting place on earth!🤪
During the '70's, nitro burning, tire smoking Funny Cars at night, created memories so vivid that the memories seem as fresh today as they were when I was a teenager!🤩

After a big rain, it always seemed like the height of irony to see the top names, in the most beautiful machinery, having to push their cars through the puddles and mud to get to the start line of a track famous for it's great traction. That was the early days of Fremont Dragstrip.😁
