Every gym—yes, this one too—has racks conveniently located just a few feet from the equipment you used. They’re not decorations. They’re for putting your stuff away.

If you’re strong enough to lift it, you’re strong enough to rack it.. and if you can’t have the decency to clean up after yourself… odds are nobody else wants to either.

Train hard. Rack harder. Respect the gym. 👊🔥

Power is back!!!!!! 🙏🙏🙏 thank you to the Lineman and utility workers who have spent countless hours these past few days! Our inconveniences are so small compared to the sacrifices they’ve all made this week! Appreciated is an understatement!!
