Late post, but I cannot say how proud I am of this guy right here. With a rocky start and introduction into the competitive bodybuilding space in the 2025 season and a off season “injury” that could have really taken someone out of the game - any less of a man would have called it quits and said maybe this isn’t for me. But if there’s one thing I learned about this guy, his faith / belief in the Lord in combination with his love of the sport makes his will unshakeable.

The diamond hit the stage at governors cup 2026 and delivered on package and presentation. I have to add that he was able to get down to 6%BF which is simply incredible. He worked two job and is a father - these things don’t happen by mistake. Can’t wait to see what’s in store for you brother.

A lot can happen in a decade. 2016 was the last year I competed in the IFBB Men’s Physique Division. My IG post would have either been a dirty locker room mirror selfie, a stringer work out video, a flexing post or an indoor skydiving video or pic. If you asked me what I wanted my life to look like in 10 years. I would have said a Fitness influencer that has multiple IFBB titles under my name and a few Olympia top placings 😆. I’m happy to report life is way better than I could’ve wished for.
