Weds at 6p – special Hmong American Day flow + sound bath w/
Fri at 9a w/
Sat at 8a – Community Sesh w/ (free for all!)

We’re getting a double dose of this weekend as part of our weekly event at this Sunday ❤️

At 8am, join , who is leading an hour long dance session that will get your heart pumping and will allow you to break a sweat in such a fun way! No dance experience is necessary- the choreo is easy to follow 💃🏻

Then at 9am, join .pretty for an all-levels flow that will ground you and get you in the right head and heart space for the week. We’ll breathe, stretch, and ground on our mats to create some calm within 🙏🏽

As always, these sessions are F R E E and open to everybody!

We’re so excited to flow at the chaffee zoo — surrounded by wildlife and fresh air, right in the heart of nature 🐘🦒🦭🐅

As a dedicated practitioner and major advocate for access to wellness for ALL, Amaya is a perfect fit for our loving team. She makes her debut with us this weekend for our all-levels session, which is F R E E for everyone every Saturday!
