Golf with Her

Hi friends and families of the Clovis/Fresno area! If you haven't heard, my younger sister Nateda Her is on her journey to becoming a professional golfer. While she's here in Fresno for a couple of months, we are supporting her through a golf fundraiser to help with travel, tournament entry fees, and qualifiers for this season.

You can teach your students all fundamentals of the game but if they’re not able to explain what they have learned at the end of a lesson. There’s some work to be done! Yesterday I had a 7 year old junior client who did amazing at repeating after me what he needed to do before hitting the ball. It was his best and favorite lesson. Being a broken record is okay at this point! By the way what are these kids eating nowadays?! Most of them are my height or taller 😂

Girls Golf is back in action and the first class was at St. Stanislaus today! The girls learned the importance of marking your ball and identifying it on the golf course to help with pace of play.

Halloween week for these golfers! Fall season is almost over and it’s only best to end it with some fun 👻🧡

Pader Her is from Lansing, Michigan and had the opportunity to play Division 1 NCAA Women’s Golf at the University of Akron on a full ride scholarship. She graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management in 2018.

She is a former golf instructor at Michigan State University Forest Akers Golf Course and now reside in the Central Valley of California. She is continuing a career in professional golf instruction at St. Stanislaus Golf Course in Modesto, CA. She is also pursuing her professional teaching certification through the LPGA TEP (teaching education program).
