💫Client transformation & testimoanial💫 Never in my wildest dreams would I believe I accomplished what I did. It’s been a long journey, and this is just the beginning. Last year I joined Lore Doll Fitness. I never thought it would change my life so much. I began to love myself and show up for me. Discipline and organization I always lacked. I would look up at all the photos of past competitors and admiration and thought to myself I could never. Then one day I realized my sons admired me. That’s when I said I’m going to compete. I have never worn a bikini in my whole life or meal prepped. Well I tried it, and when I was ready to compete I approached Lore. I thought she would tell me to wait a little longer but she said okay if you’re ready let’s do it! The first week on prep, I wanted to cry, but I knew I couldn’t let myself down and give up so easy. as I noticed the drastic changes in me and I loved it. It was an adrenaline boost and every day I realized how blessed I was because competing requires a lot of time and I was in the position of taking all the time I needed. I’m still on cloud nine I can’t believe I placed in my first show ever. I tried every weight loss gimmick there was out there and as simple as it sounds, but it’s very hard, it’s all about diet discipline and exercise. Lore Doll Fitness isn’t just a gym. It’s a community of empowering woman who all have our story and we are overcoming things in their lives. On my toughest days I would still show up and those compliments you ladies gave me (and my sister who was my biggest cheerleader) those compliments got me through my darkest days. The days I wanted to give up. I feel stronger in mind and spirit than ever! ----------- A huge congratulations to you on achieving such an incredible transformation! Your dedication and perseverance at the gym have truly paid off, and the results are nothing short of amazing. You're an inspiration to everyone around you, showing that with hard work and determination, anything is possible. ✨1 year ✨ ⬇️ -68lbs & 14%BMI I have always struggled with the ups and downs of my weight. Last year I hit an all time high due to medication imbalance and lifestyle. I am happy to say last year I was able to get off the migraine meds that caused me to gain 50lbs in 6 months despite constant working out and dieting. I did 75 hard multiple times and the weight would just come back. One year ago my life changed when I join Lore Doll Fitness. She's a warrior and has fought her entire life for the life she's living now💫 The love and support she received last week was so beautiful to watch! Read her story below and her "why" Testimoanial: I survived 45yrs of addiction. I started drugs n drinking at 12yrs old. I was on OPIODS for over 20+ years and 4yrs ago I had my first seizure due to them which landed me in the hospital for 6days because they almost couldn’t bring me back. I stopped all Opioids then 11/08/19. I continued taking Xanax and started OD’ing almost every other day. My adult children were preparing for my death and I had to make a choice because I was losing my children, my family n friends. I went to an inpatient program in Costa Mesa for 30 days on September 10th of 2020 and I’ve been sober ever since. I will 3yrs on September 10th. I started this workout Journey because I have an addictive personality and have to stay busy. I do it because I want people to know anything is possible and we can overcome anything that we put our mind to. Because honestly I shouldn’t be here today Lore but I am because I have a purpose and I believe my purpose is to show others we can overcome anything that we put our mind to.
