Steve Jobs, like many other successful businessmen, are noted to wear the same style of clothing everyday. He did this to prevent decision fatigue. Instead of spending energy standing in front of his closet every morning going through all of his options, he preserved his energy for more important decisions.
Like Steve Jobs and his attire, meal preppers prevent being overstimulated by too many choices. Instead, there are a fewer meal options available to decide between and it doesn’t take nearly as much energy.
This, among others, is a key component for why meal prepping is a beneficial habit.

Reports from the Bureau of Labor Statistic calculated the average American household spent $2,787 dining out and $3,971 in groceries in 2014. By 2015, the restaurant bill increased to $3,008. The spending for groceries only increased by $44, bringing the average to $4,015. This trend signifies the new attitude around eating out: it is no longer a luxury.
The average American cannot afford such a costly habit just because it seems more conducive for their schedule.
Join me for The Art of Meal Prep to learn how you can cut these costs AND spend less time in the kitchen: http://randikeller.synduit.com/MPWE0002
