Flex Warehouse started on humble grounds with merely a bench press in a small 100 sq ft bedroom that expanded into a home gym encompassing over 1,000 sq ft. Originally called “Kouskee Gym”, Flex Warehouse was training grounds for friends and family, and quickly grew in audience. Founded by Kou Vang, a local gym enthusiast from Fresno, Ca., Flex Warehouse was created to fulfill the need for a private and respectful environment for bodybuilders and welcomes people of all fitness goals. Kou is a Certified Personal Trainer, Advanced Nutrition Certified, and has over 15 years of experience in physical health, fitness, and bodybuilding. Kou values and appreciates old school body-building and is passionate about sculpting one’s body to its full potential through hard work, consistency, and pushing boundaries. His work ethics and psychological resilience is best demonstrated through his training and services.
