Ana wakes up every day with exercise in mind. Every
time she shows up to class, she is motivated and ready to go! Even
on days when she has a busier schedule, she still finds the time to
exercise with us.
Sometimes, you just need to give yourself a reason to exercise. No

Parkinson's is not an easy diagnosis to live with, but it only gets

Workouts have been so fun lately! We've been able to
work out amongst the elements. Even though it's a bit chilly, we get
warmed up throughout the workout.
We have had some much fun these last few months exercising
outside. It has brought us new ways to exercise and has shown us
how to modify exercises when we don't have the most ideal setup for
them. If there's a will, there's a way! 🙌

This is a quick reminder that fog has been pretty dense lately, so
proceed with caution if you decide to join us.
Great cardio circuit to warm us up! It's been a bit
chilly lately, but nothing some exercise can't fix.
Now that the sun is gone, we have plenty more exercises that we are
able to add to our weekly workouts. Variety in exercise is never a bad
thing!

Power knees are a great, no equipment, low impact
exercise to get your cardio in! lt's also very easy to add this exercise
to your daily routine

Some balance and flexibility with this week's park
session. The grass adds an extra challenge when it comes to
balance work
The weather has been getting much nicer, so we've been testing
different areas of the park. I think this is our new favorite spot!
Come and join us at Lions Skatepark every Tueaday and Thursday at
1 0:45! We'd love to see more people with Parkinson's come out and
join our workouts!
Working out alone can make it hard to stay motivated
sometimes.
Although having a workout buddy can be very helpful when it comes
to keeping each other motivated to exercise daily.
Try asking a friend or family member to get some workouts in
together!
